Weronika Bielawska, a graduate of Costume Design, led mask-making workshops at the National Museum in Warsaw. The event was part of the educational program accompanying the exhibition \u201cBlack Carnival. Ensor \/ Wojtkiewicz.\u201d<\/h4>\n

This event combined art, theatre, and fashion, demonstrating that MSKPU graduates start realizing projects in Poland\u2019s leading cultural institutions<\/strong> shortly after completing their studies. During the workshops, participants, under the guidance of Weronika Bielawska<\/strong>, created original masks inspired by painting and carnival symbolism. The workshops were also attended by Zofia Kula-Je\u017cowska<\/strong>, a Costume Design lecturer at MSKPU<\/strong>, who has been associated with the film and theatre industry for many years. Her presence highlighted the importance of practical collaboration between education and the professional world – a cornerstone of teaching at our school for many years.<\/p>\n

From the Graduation Show to the National Museum<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The opportunity to lead workshops was a reward Weronika received during the MSKPU Graduation Show<\/strong>. Her collection \u201cBrocken Rice\u201d was recognized four times during the event. The National Museum in Warsaw awarded Weronika a special prize<\/strong>, which opened the door for her to collaborate with the institution and lead her own workshops. The Film Makers\u2019 Union<\/strong> invited her to join their community, appreciating the professionalism and visual sensitivity of the young costume designer. V Creatives<\/strong> offered Weronika a collaboration on a photo shoot styling, and Phoenix-Arts Poland<\/strong> awarded her a material prize.<\/p>\n

Such a wide range of awards shows that the MSKPU Graduation Show is not just a presentation of works, but a moment when the professional journey of our graduates truly begins.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Practice-Based Education<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Weronika\u2019s story is a great example of how education at MSKPU<\/strong> translates into the first concrete steps in a professional career. Thanks to the school\u2019s partnerships with cultural institutions and the film industry, our students have the chance to showcase their work to people who can open doors for collaboration<\/strong>. MSKPU graduates start engaging in projects that allow them to develop in theatre, film, culture, and art even before they officially finish their studies.<\/p>\n
