Especially for our students and graduates, a lecture on costumes in the world of filmmaking was conducted by Tomasz Bagiński.
His name is widely recognized, especially as an Oscar nominee in 2003 and as an executive producer of the popular series “The Witcher” on Netflix.
Tomasz Bagiński is a figure known primarily for his work in animation and special effects. His portfolio includes a series of animated short films such as “The Cathedral” and the adaptation of Andrzej Sapkowski’s literary saga, “The Witcher,” which gained enormous popularity after its premiere on Netflix. Bagiński’s work is appreciated both in Poland and abroad, earning numerous awards and nominations.
At the end of the lecture, participants had the opportunity for open questions and conversation with Mr. Tomasz Bagiński.
It was a chance to talk with someone who works daily with costumes on such large and well-known productions.
We hope that the meeting with Tomasz Bagiński was an inspiring experience for our students and graduates, one they will remember for a long time.
