Two graduates from the MSKPU team in the finals of the RADOM FASHION SHOW 🏅🏅

We are proud to announce that two of our school’s students, Justyna Kościółek and Dominika Plucińska, have become finalists in the prestigious Radom Fashion Show 2024 competition.

This competition, organized by the Creative Environment Club and the Łaźnia Gallery, is being held for the twelfth time and is a national event for debuting fashion designers. Radom Fashion Show has gained significance in the Polish fashion world, and this year’s edition attracted 39 collections. The final 10 were selected by a jury consisting of top designers and fashion experts such as Marcin Paprocki, Mariusz Brzozowski, Wojciech Bakłago DE BOF, Lidia Przybylska, and Hanna Wojdała-Markowska.

The final gala will take place on August 24th at Corazzi Square in Radom, and the highlight will be a show by the duo Paprocki&Brzozowski.

Justyna Kościółek will present the collection “Onna-bugeisha”, inspired by Japanese female warriors. The main element of each outfit is the corset part and emphasized shoulders, referring to samurai armor. The collection was designed in the spirit of sustainable fashion from eco-friendly fabrics such as organic cotton and tencel. Justyna Kościółek is an architect, designer, and student at MSKPU, as well as a winner of the Responsible Fashion Award and Silver Thread competition.

Dominika Plucińska will present the collection “PIGRI”, inspired by a trip to Iceland. The collection includes original prints with motifs of glaciers, mountains, and colorful towns. Dominika used natural dyeing methods and digitally processed Ebru printing. A graduate of MSKPU and the Comprehensive School of Fine Arts in Gdynia, she is currently studying graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk.

It is worth noting that the 2021 edition [ was won by our graduate Ewelina Szymańska! ]

Congratulations to our graduates and we wish them continued success!
