MSKPU as a partner of the pro-ecological fashion show! We prove that even electronic waste can be turned into fashion.
Projects by our graduates: Alicja Prus @alicja.prus_, Ewa Ślusakowicz @ewa_slusakowicz, Yana Batsian @yana.batsian, Mariia Horbenko @mariia_horbenko, and Aleksandra Dzwonkowska @ladyfromvinyl were showcased during the “Fashion for Recycling” Gala.
LED displays, remote control parts, and computer boards were used to create the designs. The MSKPU Team once again demonstrated their creativity in upcycling waste materials.
The prestigious “Fashion for Recycling” Show also attracted stars. Our graduates’ designs were worn by actress Monika Mrozowska, singer Rafał Szatan, actress Barbara Kurdej-Szatan, dancer Anna Głogowska, and actress Agnieszka Kaczorowska-Pela.
The “Fashion for Recycling” project is a nationwide initiative by the European Recycling Platform (ERP Polska), aimed at educating children and youth on responsible e-waste management.
The event was covered by, among others, Pytanie na Śniadanie.
