We have concluded the final of the 5th edition of the Responsible Fashion Awards, a competition that promotes responsible and environmentally conscious fashion.
In the atmospheric interiors of the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw, the final of the 5th edition of the Responsible Fashion Awards took place on June 17. The international jury evaluated nine finalist projects. After deliberations, Monika Marczak-Żynkin emerged as the winner. Her project was distinguished by a flared coat with a detachable outer layer that could be used in another styling. The entire piece was made of organic cotton and recycled polyester.
The prize for the winner is 10,000 PLN, a one-year scholarship at MSKPU, eco-friendly fabrics from LPP, and the opportunity to present her collection during the MSKPU Diploma Show 2024.
We also warmly congratulate the finalists, whose projects impressed not only the jury but also the guests of the event. Our congratulations go to: Julia Bogacz, Anna Chilmon, Partizia Ende, Wiktoria Kamińska, Paweł Krzyżak, Magdalena Kubacka, Anita Pisarek, Marta Sołoducha, and Patrycja Żyży.
The Responsible Fashion Awards, organized in cooperation with MSKPU and LPP, is not only an opportunity for designers to create their own collections. It is also a platform for promoting eco-friendly solutions, responsible attitudes in the fashion industry, and the idea of sustainable development.
