Achievements: Catherine Nhung is a journalist and fashion historian, as well as the author of academic publications.
Since 2009, she has worked and published articles in magazines in Poland (FASHION Magazine, ELLE Polska, Viva!Moda, K MAG) and internationally (ELLE Finland, ELLE Vietnam, Guardianes del Tiempo [Mexico, USA]). In 2024, she founded the Vegan Fashion Repository, the world’s first magazine dedicated exclusively to vegan fashion, published in English. She conducts interviews with some of the most prominent figures in the international fashion industry, including Scott Schuman, Alexandre de Betak, Mary Katrantzou, Joshua Katcher, Christopher Raeburn, and Barbara Hulanicki.
She speaks at academic conferences and publishes research articles on modern and contemporary fashion history (University of Warsaw, Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin). Her works are cited by authors of both academic and popular science publications, as well as journalistic pieces. Currently, she is conducting research for her doctoral dissertation, focusing on the intersection of fashion history, feminism, and consumerism in the United States at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries.
