# SCHOOL TYPE
What type of school is MSKPU and when was it founded?
The International School of Costume and Fashion Design MSKPU is a two-year, post-secondary, non-public vocational school with headquarters in Warsaw at Okólnik 11A Street (room 2). MSKPU has been operating since 2004 based on an entry in the register of non-public art schools on August 3, 2004 under No. 377/31/2004. The body exercising pedagogical supervision over the School is the Minister competent for Culture and National Heritage Protection. After the MSKPU, the student obtains an accredited diploma from the Ministry of Culture confirming his qualification in the profession.
# FOR WHO
Who can study at MSKPU?
A student who has a high school diploma and obtained a positive result in the recruitment procedure can be a student of the School. Documents from people who graduated from high school are accepted, without age restrictions.
# PORTFOLIO
Do I have to present my portfolio to get to MSKPU?
No. There are no entrance exams and no portfolio and portfolio review at MSKPU. It is with us that you will create your first works, sew the first projects and present yourself to a wider group.
# RECRUITMENT
What does the recruitment process look like?
There are no entrance exams or briefcase reviews at MSKPU. Candidates for school are accepted on the basis of submitting a set of required documents – see Recruitment tab.
# ONLINE RECRUITMENT
How to recruit online?
Submit a correctly completed form. You can find it HERE. Within two business days of sending the form, the candidate will receive an email confirming the initial admission to the MSKPU. The prospective student has 30 days from the moment they receive the return email to deliver the remaining documents to the school. Candidates for the school are accepted on the basis of submitting a set of required documents – see Recruitment tab.
# SECRETARIAT
When can I contact the secretariat?
The school’s secretariat is open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and also on Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00. We encourage you to visit our Contact tab.
# MODE
In what mode can you study at MSKPU?
MSKPU educates on a day and extramural basis. Education at school lasts four semesters. The fourth semester is a diploma semester. See more in the Clothing Design and Costumography tabs.
# MAJORS
What majors are there in MSKPU?
MSKPU teaches both Fashion Design and Costumography. Both majors last two years and end with a diploma show. See more in the Clothing Design and Costumography tabs.

Is recruitment currently underway?
We inform about the start of recruitment on our social media and in the Recruitment tab. Unfortunately, recruitment is currently closed. We invite you from January 2020.

# MATURE
Do you need a high school diploma to submit the recruitment form?
To properly submit the papers to MSKPU, please send by post or in person: 4 ID photos 3.5cm x 4.5cm, completed candidate’s questionnaire, medical certificate of absence of contraindications to study and practice (SEE), proof of payment the entry fee, and photocopied certificate high school graduation. No graduation certificate is required.
# SCHEDULE
What is the schedule?
The timetable is sent to students qualified for school before starting their education in September. A list of subjects that are in the first and second year of school can be found on the pages about the fields – Clothing Design and Costumography.
# LEARNING MODE
How often do the reunions take place?
The conventions take place on average every two weeks and last all Saturday and Sunday. The calendar of meetings is sent to students by e-mail before starting school.
# MATERIALS
Do you pay for materials yourself?
The student has the opportunity to use modern MSKPU equipment, including sewing machines, overlocks, iron, mannequins and non-woven fabric. Students buy sewing materials themselves, but it can be ordinary, cheap textile. Often, during classes at MSKPU, both Tailoring and Fashion Design, students are encouraged to use recycled materials, thanks to which – both they and the Earth gain:)

MSKPU is proud to announce that it has signed a partnership agreement with IADE Creative University in Lisbon. Our school has thus become the sole educational partner of IADE and its only representative in Poland.
